Max Hotels Prayagraj

Staying at this hotel, I found the location convenient as it was right next to the railway station. It was just a matter of going up on the ramp and coming down on platform 9. Plus, the hotel provided excellent transportation options, making it easy to move around in this city. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, particularly the rooms. I enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel. There was a variety of dishes including Paratha/poori, South Indian, sandwiches, eggs, tea.

Had a fantastic stay over Thanksgiving at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I loved the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast each morning. the location was also perfect for exploring the city and local attractions.

The room service could have been a bit more efficient. It was a bit disappointing that we had to pay extra for some of the basic toiletries.

Key location facts include being close to the high court and tourist destinations. The warm welcome and swift check-in process were great. The New Year's Eve dinner was delicious, with a decent variety of food.

The room lacked basic amenities like a wardrobe, mirror, and sufficient toiletries. Housekeeping service could have been better, as we had to repeatedly request tea makers and toothbrushes.

I had a great experience at Polo Max in Allahabad. The staff were really good too make my stay comfortable. They even helped me find a room that suited my preferences when I arrived late at night. The restaurant staff was also amazing and made a special meal for me when I fell sick. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel's location right outside the railway station was very convenient for me. I would highly recommend Polo Max for a pleasant stay in Allahabad.

In terms of improvement, the hotel's front desk service could benefit from better organization. During my stay, I experienced some delays in obtaining my bill, which required the intervention of the General Manager.
